Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Jaguar33 platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you represent and warrant that:

Account Eligibility

- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for another party.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Jaguar33 or any external regulatory or support body.
- You have not previously had an Account closed by Jaguar33 due to a breach of these Terms.
Jaguar33 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion where any eligibility condition is not met or where it has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance.
Account Registration
Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Jaguar33 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam), valid email address, and a Malaysian contact number where applicable.
You are obligated to update your account information promptly in the event that any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of the Balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Jaguar33 support immediately.
Jaguar33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Only one Account is permitted per household address, IP address, device, or payment method. Accounts found to share a household, device, or payment method with another Account may be subject to investigation, and bonus eligibility may be restricted or cancelled at Jaguar33's discretion.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Jaguar33 is obligated to conduct identity verification checks on all account holders as part of our compliance obligations. These checks form part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may be required at various stages of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: initial registration, prior to first withdrawal, following significant account activity, or at any time Jaguar33 deems verification necessary.
We may request the following documentation to verify your identity and funding source:
- Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from the deposit source).
- Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined internal thresholds.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe as notified by Jaguar33 may result in: temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality; restriction of account features; or, where verification cannot be completed, permanent account closure. Any balance in the Account will be handled in accordance with our applicable compliance obligations.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Jaguar33 supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank transfer, CIMB transfer, Public Bank transfer, Hong Leong Bank transfer, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Supported payment methods may be updated periodically. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel.
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. Processing times are approximate and may vary based on third-party payment network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Players must have completed KYC verification prior to processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit and in the Player's verified name. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
- DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): Subject to network confirmation, typically 30–90 minutes.
Jaguar33 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment networks, banking systems, or cryptocurrency network conditions.
The Jaguar33 platform operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals in MYR are processed without currency conversion fees. For cryptocurrency transactions, applicable network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are the sole responsibility of the Player. Jaguar33 does not impose additional processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may be subject to change with notice.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
Jaguar33 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a deposit of RM100 would require the Player to wager a total of RM3,500 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonuses are intended for genuine player activity and entertainment. The following conduct is deemed bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all bonus funds, reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures (collusion).
- Using low-risk, systematic betting strategies designed specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk (arbitrage or hedging in bad faith).
- Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The use of Jaguar33's sportsbook, live betting, casino, and live dealer services is subject to the following rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
All bets placed on Jaguar33's sportsbook are subject to the posted odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Jaguar33 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), AFC Cup, UEFA competitions, UFC, badminton, and all other sports are governed by our sportsbook rules, which are available on request.
- Bets are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
- Jaguar33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event.
- In-play (live) betting odds are subject to delay and may not reflect the exact state of play at the time of bet placement.
- Abandoned or postponed events will be settled in accordance with our specific sport rules.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective table game (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, etc.) as communicated within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round may be voided and any stake returned to the Player's Balance. Winnings derived from a void round will not be paid.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets, games, and tables on the Jaguar33 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Jaguar33 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jaguar33 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
- Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technology.
- Creating or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
- Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through a nominee.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards Jaguar33 staff or other users.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to another person.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jaguar33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
- The Player fails to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated.
- Jaguar33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- The Player's continued use of the Platform would expose Jaguar33 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
- The Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling framework.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Jaguar33 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Responsible Gambling
Jaguar33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and informed manner. Gambling should be an entertainment activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, help is available.

- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

- Temporary Self-Suspension: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period, during which no deposits or bets can be made.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Jaguar33 platform may do so by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Jaguar33 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio content, video content, database structure, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of Jaguar33 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from Jaguar33.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
- Use any Jaguar33 trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose.
- Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
Any unauthorised use of Jaguar33 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaguar33, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Jaguar33 does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure.
- The Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though reasonable security measures are maintained).
- Information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current in all respects.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, Jaguar33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Jaguar33's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaguar33 is licensed to operate. Players engaging with the Platform accept the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Jaguar33 platform, Players should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Jaguar33 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under our applicable licensing framework.
Amendments to These Terms
Jaguar33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Jaguar33 platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shall be the governing version. Previous versions may be requested from our support team for reference purposes.
